Tachographs today have become a very necessary tool for all of the transport industry. Its introduction has contributed greatly to road safety. First introduced as a compulsory piece of equipment by the EU in the 1980's the tachograph is an instrument that records speed, distance and time onto a wax coated paper chart. Used on a daily basis it creates a continuous permanent record of both the driver's activity and vehicles use.

Ashbrooks is an approved tachograph centre. We supply, fit, maintain and repair tachographs to a wide range of light and heavy commercial vehicles. We employ fully qualified tachograph technicians who can carry out work on any make of vehicle or tachograph. We install and maintain both analogue and digital tachographs.

Our experienced and highly trained technicians specialise in: servicing, repairs and MOT preparation to all makes & types of commercial vehicles. We also offer fleet maintenance on both HGVs and vans (light commercial vehicles). Additional services include trailer repairs and steam cleaning.
